Drive Pulley & Motor
Geared motor drives the head pulley. VFD allows smooth start/stop and variable speed 0.05–1.5 m/s without stopping the line.
Continuous Belt Loop
PVC, PU, or anti-static belt forms a continuous loop. The carrying run slides over the bed plate — the return run hangs freely below the frame.
Slider Bed Plate
Smooth flat steel or UHMW polyethylene plate supports the belt — no gaps, no rollers. Products of any base size rest stably across the full belt width.
Tail Pulley & Take-Up
Tail pulley guides the belt return. Screw take-up maintains belt tension — preventing slip at the drive pulley and reducing belt wear over time.
Self-Tracking Crown
Crown profile on both pulleys keeps the belt centred without manual adjustment — eliminating drift-related production stoppages.
Frame & Side Guards
