Assembly Line Belt Conveyor Manufacturer in India
Assembly Line Conveyor Manufacturer in India
Neo Conveyors is a specialist assembly line conveyor manufacturer in India since 2007, building production line conveyor systems that synchronise the pace of work across every station on your assembly floor. We engineer every system around your production rate, product dimensions, number of workstations, and floor layout — then manufacture and install it with our own team, anywhere in India.
Choose by Application
Neo Conveyors builds four types of assembly line conveyors. Each suits a different product, load profile, and assembly process.
| Type | Best assembly application | Speed control |
|---|---|---|
| Belt Assembly Conveyor | Electronics, small appliances, light components — smooth, quiet movement at operator stations. View → | VFD controlled |
| Roller Assembly Conveyor | Heavy components, engine parts, gearboxes — rigid products requiring accumulation between stations. View → | Powered or gravity |
| Chain Assembly Conveyor | Heavy automotive parts, large sub-assemblies, pallet-based assembly — high load, slow-pace. View → | Fixed or VFD |
| Slat Assembly Conveyor | Appliances, air conditioners, refrigerators — flat, stable surface for large or irregular products. View → | Fixed or VFD |

What's Built Into Every Assembly Line Conveyor
Takt time engineering
Line speed and station spacing calculated to your exact production rate — not a generic estimate.
VFD speed control
Adjust line speed from the control panel — adapt to different products or shift targets without stopping the line.
Four conveyor types
Belt, roller, chain, or slat — or a combination — designed into one integrated assembly line.
Workstation ergonomics
Conveyor height, width, and stop positions designed for standing or seated operators.
Accumulation zones
Built-in buffer zones between stations prevent downstream stoppages cascading back up the line.
Sensor and PLC integration
Presence sensors, barcode readers, reject gates, and vision systems integrated at any station.
Anti-static options
ESD-safe conveyor surfaces and frames available for electronics and semiconductor assembly.
Our engineers commission it
Installation, speed calibration, and production trial by our own team — PAN India.

Assembly Line Conveyor FAQs
What is takt time and why does it matter for assembly line conveyors?
Takt time is the time allowed between completing each unit on the line — calculated by dividing available production time by required output. It determines your conveyor speed, station spacing, and buffer zone sizes. Neo Conveyors calculates takt time as part of every assembly line design — ensuring your conveyor matches your production target precisely.
Which conveyor type is best for automobile assembly?
Chain conveyors for heavy sub-assemblies — engine, gearbox, axle. Slat conveyors for body panels and completed units. Belt conveyors for light components, trim, and electrical assembly. In many automobile plants, all three types are used at different stages.
Can the line speed be changed after installation?
Yes. VFD speed control allows line speed to be adjusted from the control panel without stopping the line — useful when switching between product variants, or when shift targets change.
Can sensors and barcode readers be integrated?
Yes. Presence sensors, barcode readers, RFID readers, vision systems, and reject gates can all be integrated at any workstation on the line. We handle both the mechanical and electrical integration.
Do you offer ESD-safe conveyors for electronics assembly?
Yes. Anti-static belt surfaces, ESD-safe frames, and grounding provisions are available for electronics, semiconductor, and precision instrument assembly lines.
What is the price of an assembly line conveyor in India?
Price depends on conveyor type, line length, number of workstations, speed control specification, and integration requirements. Contact Neo Conveyors for a detailed technical and commercial proposal.
Do you install across India?
Yes — PAN India by our own engineers, including line speed calibration and production trial. Details at neoconveyors.com/technical-support.
